| 摘 要： | 在高等教育大众化阶段,新闻传媒专业人才培养存在计划经济管理模式与市场化就业两张皮问题,人才供给与社会需求失衡。在传统教学模式下,新闻传媒类专业人才培养地位及培养模式、课程体系、教学方式方法等方面存在诸多弊端,影响了人才培养质量,不能满足社会需求。新闻传媒类教学改革应按照＂从出口往回找＂的原则,以一专多能的应用型人才为培养目标,强化素质教育和学生的职业能力培养,更新教学方式方法,提高教学效果。

| Abstract: | In the process of mass higher education,the problem of two-skin between planned economy management model and marketization and employment leads to the unbalance between talents supply and society requirement.In the traditional teach-ing models,the talents schooling in the majorof news and media has certain problems as its role of schooling and schooling model,curricula system,teaching model and so on,which in return affect the quality of talents schooling.The aims of the major schooling reform should be employment-oriented,one majormore competence,strengthening quality education and professional competence,change the teaching methods to raise the teaching results. |
