| 摘 要： | 2 0世纪 90年代以来 ,电子商务得到了迅猛发展。由于软硬件环境和信息基础设施的先天不足 ,我国的电子商务还处于起步阶段。随着我国加入WTO ,电子商务领域的WTO(eWTO)建设也迫在眉睫。而加快我国电子商务发展的关键是创造有利于电子商务发展的良好环境 ,吸引大众上网 ,加强制度建设。

| Abstract: | There has been a tremendous development of electronic business since 1990s. Due to the inherent deficiency in software , hardware environment and information infrastructures, electronic business in our country has just started. With the approaching of WTO, the WTO in the field of electronic business (i.e. e WTO) becomes imminent. The key point of quickening electronic business development in our country lies in creating a favourable environment, increasing Internet popularity and strengthening the construction of social rules. |
