摘    要:中国地产商在争夺"地球"的同时,如何去争夺"眼球"成为21世纪地产的新焦点,这就涉及到房地产广告的策划问题。开发商在竞争的潮流中冲杀搏击,并潜心研究广告各种投放形式及其内容,充分利用报纸、电视、户外广告、现场布置、通讯等媒体组合来吸引消费者的注意力,深入消费者的心灵,最大程度地发挥广告的有效性,进而挖掘和引导潜在的市场需求,使地产商在竞争大潮中立于不败之地。
