Public power, being the most sensitive form in the entire power system, is concerned with rather deep and broad realm of social life, exerting wide-spread and profound social influences. Exploration into public power is one of the important issues of modern political theory and practice. An accurate theory is helpful for precise practice. So this article aims at finding out the implications for reality through dialectical reflections on public power. |
