| 摘 要： | 针对目前高职院校教育对象“Y世代”张扬个性的学习心理特点，结合高职院校校企合作育人理念，拓展校园电视台文化“濡化”育人外的直接育人功能。具体措施如在全校开设电视媒体节目制作、电视创意文化等相关课程，采用校园电视台公司化运行方法辅助实践教学，调动不同专业学生参与校园电视台建设，直接培养电视媒体人才。

| Abstract: | This paper endeavors to discuss approaches to adopting a television station in a vocational college as an additional educational instrument to the immersion instruction.Attention is especially paid to students’ personality,which is characterized by pursuing their own individuality as the Y generation.Enterprises are invited to actively get involved in nurturing television talents.Measures include: 1) Courses are set up,likeProduction of Television ProgramsandCreative Culture of Televisionetc.;2) the campus television station is company-like operated to assist the practical teaching;3) activate students of various majors to participate in the process. |
