| Abstract: | A disquisitianal comprehensive experiment design was introduced on the topic of "Effects of water stress on membrane lipid peroxidation and cell defense enzymes activities of plants".The experiment purpose,the chemical medicines,instruments and materials used,the experiment design,the experiment procedure and the experiment methods were presented here,and also,some suggestions on writing experiment reports and the teaching schedule were brought forth,which would provide a reference for teachers of plant physiology experiment. |
