| 摘 要： | 大学图书馆采访一般延用“专家选书”的模式，进入网络时代以后，在市场经济环境中，大学图书馆采访的信息环境已经发生了巨大变化，单靠“专家选书”已经跟不上时代的步伐，在这样的情况下，图书馆应加强采访人员整体意识的培养，注重培养学者型、知识型和技术型的采访专家。

| Abstract: | The work of finding and collecting books for college libraries has long been implemented in the pattern of "experts' choices".With the arrival of network era,and under the environment of market economy,the information environment has taken a great change for book finding and collecting in college libraries,and accordingly the only way of "experts' choices" can not catch up with the time.Under such circumstance,it is necessary for the libraries to strengthen the nurture of the staff's sense of all-round development,and to develop the academic,well-informed and skilled experts in book finding and collecting. |
