| 摘 要： | 民族资本与发展私营经济的资本，就其性质而言，都是私有资本。它们在我国的发展有其必然性，毛泽东对于发展民族资本、邓小平对于发展私营经济分别有论述，比较毛泽东发展民族资本和邓小平发展私营经济的思想，对于我们今天推动非公有制经济的发展具有重要的意义。
