摘    要: 摘要:组织学习嵌入的绩效管理推动了组织管理过程的整合和系统化,本文在实践调查和案例分析的基础上分析了组织学习嵌入的绩效管理的理论背景,探讨了组织的绩效维度,对组织学习嵌入的绩效管理的组织责任、组织反馈、组织集中度和正式化的影响因素进行了分析,论文构建了组织学习嵌入的绩效与关联影响因素和绩效运行结果的关联假设并进行了实证检验。

Abstract:Performance management(PM) with organizational learning(OL) embedded prompt systematization and integration of management processes.The paper analyzed the theory background of performance management with organizational learning embedded based on case analysis.Performance Dimensions of organization was discussed in the paper.The paper discussed performance management embedded by organizational learning including organization's responsibility,organization's feedback,organization's concentration and formalization.The paper build the hypothesis that the relevance between operation result and performance management embedded by organizational learning and the relevance between the interference factors and performance management embedded by organizational learning and examined the hypothesis.
