论知识管理理论视阈下的幼儿教师学习

摘    要:知识是知识管理理论和幼儿教师学习研究的共同关注点。以知识管理理论审视幼儿教师学习,则幼儿教师学习过程就是幼儿教师个体(或群体)所拥有的知识进行有目的的系统更新与优化的过程。运用知识管理理论有助于提高幼儿教师的学习质量,可以增强幼儿教师在学习过程中对各类型知识进行有效管理的意识,可以丰富幼儿教师在学习过程中对各类型知识的管理方法。

Abstract:Knowledge is the focus of knowledge management theory and kindergarten teacher's learning (KTL) research.From the view of knowledge management,KTL is the process of renewing and excelling knowledge of kindergarten teacher purposively and systematically.The use of knowledge management is helpful to promote the quality of KTL.Speaking further,it is helpful to strengthen kindergarten teacher's awareness of management and richen their management method to all sorts of knowledge.
