| 摘 要： | 休闲体育在我国作为一种新生事物，人们给予了充分的关注。文章在分析“休闲”概念的国内外研究的基础上，重点阐述了我国不同专家、学者对休闲体育概念的研究，最后综述了休闲体育的价值及功能。
