| 摘 要： | 学生评价是保证和提高教学质量的重要措施之一,但很多高校过度依赖于学生评价的结果,并以此作为奖惩教师的主要依据。运用统计学方法,对相关影响因子和学生评价做交互分析,结果表明影响学生评价的因素众多,用学生评价完全代替教学评价欠妥。建立一个更合理的教学评价制度,对促进教师发展,对提高教育质量,有着非常重要的现实意义。
