摘    要:某工程由于桩挤土效应和基坑开挖不当引起桩基事故,根据桩质量检测结果和场地地质情况,对基底砂土进行注浆加固,然后在基础和地基之间铺设褥垫层形成复合地基,通过承载力和沉降计算提出了加固方案,静力触探和荷载试验结果均表明注浆明显提高了地基土的承载力,建筑物沉降达到了设计要求。

Abstract:Pile accident of a engineering project happened since soil-compacting and unreasonable excavation with foundation pit,grouting was applied in sandy soil according to the pile quality test result and location geology situation.Cushion was laid down between the foundation and the ground to form the composite foundation,the reinforcement method was put forward on the basis of bearing capacity and settlement computation.static load test and static cone penetration test indicated grouting enhanced obviously soil...
