| 摘 要： | 图书盘存工作是图书馆图书业务流程不可缺少的一个工作环节,是实现图书业务流程的闭合、良性循环的关键。定期开展盘存工作,对于提高图书馆资产管理、员工工作质量管理的管理水平具有重要意义。该文以重庆大学图书馆2009年以来开展的盘存工作实践为例,详细介绍了盘存工作的各环节,具体问题的解决方法,以及对盘存工作的思考。

| Abstract: | Library book inventory business process work is an indispensable part of the library workflow to achieve complementation of business processes and the key to a virtuous circle.Regularly carried out inventory work is vital for improving the library asset management and employee management.The article takes the inventory practice of Chongqing University Library since 2009,as an example,describes in details various aspects of the inventory work,the specific solution to the problem,as well as some thoughts on the inventory work. |
