基于交流伺服系统的数控课程设计

摘    要:介绍了使用新型数控实验装置—NC嵌入PC式交流伺服数控系统完成的专业课程设计实例,该实验装置的控制手段和控制策略先进。课程设计内容软、硬件兼顾,系统性好。通过这一集中性实践环节的训练,提高了学生的设计和分析问题的能力。

Abstract:A new digital-controlled experimental device was proposed. It is an AC servo system,which embeds NC into PC and can be used to complete professional curriculum designs.The control strategy and control methods are advanced.The contents of the curriculum designs give attention to both software and hardware and the system has a good performance.Through a concentrated exercitation,students' abilities of designing and analyzing problems were improved.
