| Abstract: | The decision of the property right is a key step in the realization of the college life-service department with an ultimate aim of its socialization. An analysis of the internal structure of the college life-service enterprise on the basis of the decision of the property and attributes will be conducive to running the enterprise and fulfilling the reform in the environment of the market economy. |
