| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料、专家访谈等方法,对体育赛事绩效评估指标体系的构建进行研究。将平衡计分卡(BSC)引入体育赛事绩效评估,提出指标体系构建除了要遵循一般的绩效指标制定原则外,还需要基于平衡计分卡全面指标的理念,结合体育赛事自身特点来坚持平衡性、导向性原则。并且按照体育赛事的发展目标及发展战略,调整和整合平衡计分卡的内部结构和指标,从财务、客户、内部流程、学习与成长、社会及环境六个维度构建体育赛事绩效评估指标体系。

| Abstract: | By the methods of literature review and expert interview,this paper constructs a sports performance evaluation index system.The Balanced Score Card(BSC) is introduced into the sports performance evaluation.It puts forward that index system construction should not only follow the general principles of performance indicators,but also needs to be based on the Balanced Scorecard comprehensive index concept,and combined with its own characteristics to adhere to sporting events and the guiding principle of balance.According to the sports development target and development strategy,we should adjust and integrate the internal structure of index of the Balanced Score Card from the six dimensions of financial,customer,internal process,learning and growth,social and environment to build sports performance evaluation index system. |
