| 摘 要： | 二三十年来,教师问题逐渐成为一个备受关注的课题。从总体来看,我国的教师教育发展迅速,但相对而言,教师职前教育的发展有点弱化,文章通过对教师职前教育现状的调查,试图揭示教师职前教育中存在的主要问题,并尝试进行一些对策性的研究。

| Abstract: | Being a teacher has gradually become a more and more attentive profession in the past decades of years.In a general view,the teachers'education in China develops rapidly.But comparatively,the preprofessional education to teachers has been weakened.The essay,through the survey into the status quo of the preprofessional education to teachers,reveals the problems in the preprofessional education and provides some solutions. |
