基于LPC2132的轴承振动监测系统的设计

摘    要:为了实时监测机械设备运行状态,避免严重机械故障发生,减少损失,设计了一种基于LPC2132微处理器的轴承振动监测系统,并对数据采集模块、主控模块、上位机显示模块进行了设计和分析.通过Matlab对振动信号进行分析,显示该系统具有采集精度高、性能稳定、成本低廉等优点,实现了对轴承振动信号的实时监测.

Abstract:A bearing vibration monitoring system based on LPC 2132 microprocessor is designed to monitor the operation of machines and equipments in real-time,avoid mechanical failure and reduce the losses. Design and analysis of data acquisition module,master control module,principal computer monitoring module are presented.Analyze on vibration signal based on Matlab indicate that the system features high precision, stable performance,and cost-effectiveness which can monitor bearing vibration signals in real time.
