| 摘 要： | 基于供应链的库存管理一直是零售业经营管理中的一个重要环节。零售商要降低库存成本、最大化利润,必须具有一定的库存管理方法或机制;而要将这些方法或机制应用于实际,必须具有简单方便的操作方式。因此,本文建立了基于供应链的多级库存管理协调系统,在保证数据安全性的基础上,可定期检查各级库存的货物水平,并据此协调分配生产完的货物,实现了多级库存的自助管理与协调,大大提高了服务水平,降低了管理成本和库存成本,提高了供应链的盈利能力。
