| 摘 要： | 本文主要论述大学校园建设与城市土地利用的协调关系,其基本原则源于国土资源及城市规划理论.土地利用也是城市设计的重要内容,大学作为城市的一部分,其本身可以说是一个小城市,因此,土地利用是一个基本的问题.本文阐述土地综合利用在目前大学校园规划建设中的迫切性及重要性,强调大学校园的土地综合利用的意义及方法.其主要方法有:校园内部建筑密集;发展高层建筑,提高建筑容积率;拓展和利用地下空间;利用屋顶空间.
