| 摘 要： | 学科馆员制度是高校图书馆指定馆员与对口学科建立密切联系,主动为专业用户开展深层次信息服务的一项举措。学科馆员制度的开展,拓宽了图书馆信息服务的内容、深化了服务层次,在我国推行和实施的数十年中,还存在服务模式缺乏创新、学科馆员的知识结构不合理、管理和考核评价体系不健全、馆藏资源匮乏等问题,为此笔者提出具体的完善对策：（1）转变观念、创新服务模式;（2）提高学科馆员素质、加强馆员队伍建设;（3）建立科学规范的学科馆员管理和考核评价机制;（4）调整馆藏结构,加强馆藏资源建设。

| Abstract: | The system of subject librarian in China's universities is meant to provide a higher grade of information service,yet in its practice are frequently the problems such as out-dated service pattern and the unsatisfactory knowledge structure of the librarians,etc..This paper thus propose to renew the service concept for a new type of service,improve the quality of the librarians,establish regulated management and assessment mechanics,and adjust the collection structure. |
