| 摘 要： | 在市场竞争日趋激烈的背景下，由于计算机技术的运用和信息网络化的形成，企业集团财务管理发生了很大的变化。其中，财务人力资源建设战略、内部理财机制构建战略、财务分配战略和网络财务监控战略等四个方面的问题是该领域的前沿问题。如何有效地开展集团财务管理，已成为一个非常重要而急迫的课题。

| Abstract: | Under the background of fact that the market competition is fierce d ay by day,because of the application of the technology of the computer and form ing of the information networking,the financial administration of enterprise gr oup has changed very greatly. Among them,strategy that the financial human reso urces are built,inside money mechanism structure strategy,financial distribut ion strategy and network financial affairs control strategy are the front issues of this field. How to launch group financial administration has become one very important and urgent close subject. |
