体育课分层次教学法模式构建的实验研究

摘    要:"分层次教学法"模式的构建研究,历行三个学期的反复教学实验,构建符合高校实际的最佳体育教法模式.模式的构建以全面素质教育为指导思想;以提高学生体育能力为目的;以区别对待为出发点;促使体育内容手段与体育目的保持高度的一致性.打破忽视学生的体质、兴趣爱好等方面差异教学的一刀切局面.各层次目标具有相对稳定性和一定的可变性.实验研究验证:"分层次教学法"模式实行一整套行之有效的运作程序,有明显的科学性、高效性和实际性.

Abstract:Great efforts were made to carry out the repeated experimental research on the construction of the hierarchical teaching mode for 3 semesters so as to form the optimal physical education teaching mode suitable to the practical situation of colleges and universities. In forming the mode the all round quality oriented education is the guiding idea. The purpose of the mode is to improve the students' physical capacity. The starting point of the mode is to deal with different students in different ways. The teaching contents, means and purpose should be kept consistent closely. The situation of "cutting it even in one stroke", that is to ignore the students' differences of physique and interest should be broken. There are relative stability and certain changeability for the objectives of all levels. In the experimental research it was verified that the "hierarchical teaching" mode is scientific, effective and practical, in which a set of effective operation procedure is implemented.
