| 摘 要： | 对拟成果购买制与国家社科基金和教育部人文社会科学研究中的后期资助项目进行了比较分析.认为:成果制与两类后期资助项目在设立的目的、资助的依据、在各自体系中的地位、成果的产品属性、资助前的立项主体等方面具有相似性;在资助对象的范围、科研管理模式、资助方管理层级数、有无推荐环节、资助经费的性质及经费管理等方面存在较大差异.在比较分析的基础上,提出了完善后期资助项目和成果制的几点建议.
