| 摘 要： | 张家口的社会团体在全市的社会政治生活中发挥着重要作用。加强这些组织的党建工作，对于保证党对其的领导有着至关重要的意义。张家口市社会的党建工作存在一些问题，应通过统一认识、加强党员管理和分类指导等措施来加以改善。

| Abstract: | The social organizations and communities in Zhangjiakou are playing an important role in the whole social political life.lt is of great importance to strengthen the Party construction in these organizations and ensure the Party's leadership in them. Yet,at the present,there are still problems in the work of Party construction in these communities and organizations.It is expected to be improved by means of unifying the cognation,tightening the management of the Party members and giving guidance to these organizations respectively. |
