| 摘 要： | 居民的收入差距是导致发达国家和发展中国家基础教育发展失衡的一个重要因素.对此,各国因地制宜采取了灵活多变的应对措施.对这一问题进行对比研究,有助于我们深刻认识我国收入差距与基础教育失衡发展的关系,推动我国基础教育民主化的进程.

| Abstract: | The income disparity of residents is an important factor that leads to the lopsided development of the developed countries and the developing countries.Many countries have adopted several flexible measures for it.To study this subject will help us to realize the relationship between the income disparity and the lopsided development of the basic education and also help us to promote the democratic development in our basic education. |
