| 摘 要： | 社会公正是人们的权利和义务、作用和地位、行为和回报之间相平衡的关系。实现社会公正是马克思思想的首要价值和基本目标。在马克思看来，人的自由发展和平等生存是社会公正的本质规定，应然公正与实然公正相统一是社会公正的实践原则，制度公正是社会公正的实现途径。马克思的公正思想对我们促进公平正义，构建和谐社会有启示意义。

| Abstract: | The social justice is the relation of balance not only between people＇s rights and duties, but also between people＇s devotion and social position and between people＇s action and rewards as well. To realize the social justice is the first value and basic goal of Marx ideas. To Marx, the free development and equal existence is the essential content of social justice, the harmony of ideal justice and the realistic is the practical regulation of social justice and to achieve the social systems＇justice is the actual approach to the social justice. Marx＇s justice idea is of gr justice by our country＇s construction of a harmonious society can draw inspiration from Marx＇s ideas of great enlightenment value in promoting thr construction of harmonous society. |
