| Abstract: | To rule by virtues is the center of the ideological system of Confucius and Mencious,the formation of which has a realistic and theoretical basis:the existence of the countries whose governing depends on the application of religion and laws is the historical prerequisite; the belief that human nature is intrinsically good serves as its philosophical foundation;the means of gaining the power through the familiarity with the classics is what lies at the center of its theory about methods. |
