| 摘 要： | 产业集群演进具有典型的生命周期特征,延长产业集群的生命周期对于促进区域经济发展具有重大意义.企业作为产业集群的基本单元,其群体行为主导了产业集群的演进,这种群体行为就是企业衍生和企业并购,构建企业衍生和企业并购的双螺旋机制模型,论文重点研究该机制对延长集群生命周期的作用机理,并提出根据产业集群的生命周期特征制定匹配政策,保证政策的阶段性、动态性、灵活性及可调节性.
