| 摘 要： | 学校是教育者向受教育者实施群体教育和共同教育的组织.和企业组织一样,学校组织也具有自己独特的生命周期.根据生命周期理论,学校组织的生命周期可以划分为成长阶段、再生和成熟阶段以及老化阶段,且每一个阶段都有自己鲜明的特征.
