Abstract: | As a modern vocational education system, modern apprenticeship requires the deep integration of industry and education, as well as the joint training of high-quality vocational and technical talents by vocational teachers and enterprise trainers. At present, there are still some problems in the training staff of enterprises in China, such as congenital insufficiency of development and imbalance of acquired construction, which are manifested by insufficient capacity, limited development, invalid standards, low returns and lack of support. The modern apprenticeship system puts forward higher requirements for the future construction of the team of trainers in enterprises, such as a reasonable and integrated quality structure, qualified education and teaching ability, efficient teamwork of trainers, and effective qualification standards. |
