| 摘 要： | 智能化社区是信息时代的社区形态,在全球信息化的浪潮中已成为世界各国信息化的目标。宽带基础设施、知识型劳动力、创新意识、电子民主、市场行销是发达国家智能化社区的价值指标;创新政府服务模式、创新管理运作模式、缩小数字鸿沟、倡导信息资源充分开发有效利用与集约共享是发达国家智能化社区建设的经验启示。

| Abstract: | Intelligent community is the form of community in information age.It has become the goal of the countries all over the world in the periods of global informationization.This paper introduces the concept of intelligent community as well as its value indexes.It also summarizes the inspiration of the international experiences of intelligent community through analyzing the individual cases of the intelligent communities in developed countries. |
