摘    要:我国高职院校“双师型”教师比例偏低,专技能水平和实践教学能力偏弱。高职院校应建立“双师型”教师培养平台,探索“双师型”教师培养机制,加快“双师型”教师队伍培养进程,使“双师型”教师个体具有良好的双重知识与能力,整体在“理论型”与“技能型”结构上保持合理的比例。从而提高院校人才培养水平,推动高职教育又快又好发展,

Abstract:The ratio of bi-qualified teachers is low,and the professional skill level and practical teaching ability are weak in most vocational colleges.Therefore,those colleges should establish and explore the base and mechanism of bi-qualified teachers to speed up their trainning process,which enables the individual teacher to have good knowledge and ability,as well as to keep reasonable ratio of the strcture as a whole.Accordingly,the personnel trainning level will be enhanced and the whole education will develop ...
