广告进入教科书的法律分析及教科书的科学管理

摘    要:我国义务教育教科书施行“两免一补”政策中存在资金不足、免费发放人数受限制等问题。健康有益的广告进入教科书不但能促进我国精神文明建设,还能部分解决资金问题。但目前对于广告进入教科书没有明确的法律规定,就此文章对教科书管理的合法、合情、合理等问题进行研究。

Abstract:There are problems of the shortage of funds and limits of the number of people who enjoy free policy in the implement of "two exemptions and one supplement" in compulsory education.The healthy advertisement's entering the textbooks not only promotes the development of culture and ethics,but also resolves the financial issues.However,there are no definite legal regulations about it.Accordingly,the legitimacy of textbook management is discussed.
