| 摘 要： | 高等职业教育课程模式改革的主要发展方向是课程项目化。项目化课程教学以"职业能力培养"为导向,要求教师必须具备课程项目开发、教学设计实施、协作创新、实践指导迁移、评价反思等教育教学能力。科学的教育引导、针对性的培训、密切的校企合作、完善的评价和激励机制是促进教师教学胜任力提高的有效途径。
