| 摘 要： | 教育部社政司“‘思想道德修养’教学基本要求”出台后，引起各方广泛的关注。在对其存在的主要问题进行剖析的基础上，提出：课程设计必须要有明确的、符合现代教育学、现代教学论意义上的原则和标准，要以人的发展需要为其内生性来源和内在依据，以完整性原则、超越性原则、自律性原则为其最主要的原则，并对此进行了深入的探讨。
