| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料、问卷调查、专家访谈、数理统计等方法。对我国艺术体操后备人才的基本状况、训练现状等进行了调查研究。在此基础上，剖析制约我国艺术体操后备人才发展的因素，提出我国艺术体操后备人才的培养对策。

| Abstract: | Through using the methods of literature, investigation, questionnaire, expert interview and mathematical statistics, this paper makes survey on basle condition and training situation of talented rhythmic gymnastics. Based on it, the author finds out factors restricting the development of talented rhythmic gymnasts, putting forward the countermeasure to cultivate talented gymnastics. |
