| 摘 要： | 跨国经营是当今高度社会化、现代化和国际化经营的必然趋势，是国际产业分工与合作、国际技术和资本流动的需要，代表着现代企业的发展方向。中小企业跨国经营已成为我国企业跨国经营的一个重要组成部分，其成败会直接影响到我国“走出去”战略的实现。本文从中小企业跨国经营的优势入手，阐述了中小企业跨国经营的思路。
