| 摘 要： | 完善大众体育环境,从发展终身体育的角度发展大众体育,是日本发展大众体育采取的主要做法。我国目前发展大众体育应借鉴日本的做法,重视完善大众体育环境,发展终身体育。我国完善大众体育环境应以改善居民日常体育活动所需要的场所为重点,采取“两条腿走路”的办法———开放学校体育设施和建设社区公共体育设施。发展终身体育,可促使我国改革体育管理体制,建立体育的统筹管理体制,有助于我国大众体育环境的完善。

| Abstract: | It is usual to improve and develop the environment of sports for all from the view of the lifelong sports in Japan.We should share the practices with them and focus more attention on perfecting the environment of sports for all.On the other hand,we also should develop the lifelong sports through improving the courses that is necessary for the mass exercises.Meanwhile we can adopt "the two tactics",namely,to open the sports facilities of the schools and to construct more facilities in communities.Developing the lifelong sports can speed up the reform of sports management system and construct a systematic management mechanism planned as a whole,and be conducive to perfect the environment of sports for all. |
