| 摘 要： | 当前村民自治的主流形式是以村委会为载体,体现了中国行政主导型的官僚体制在农村的延伸。这种体制由于缺乏权力的监督与制约而带来种种问题,改进之道在于效仿人民代表大会制度,确立民选的村民代表会议作为村庄权力机构的地位。
