| 摘 要： | 为了优化教学过程提高教学效果 ,通过教学实验发现 ,清晰的动作表象与技能迁移密切相关 ,共同的身体素质要求和相似的关键技术环节是技能间迁移的基础 ,对技术动作的高度分化和概括化则是产生技能迁移的根本原因。
