| 摘 要： | 目的探讨心理干预对膀胱粘膜白斑患者术前心理状况的影响。方法 65例膀胱粘膜白斑患者随机分为心理干预组(33例)和对照组(32例),采用症状自评量表SCL-90评定心理状况。结果心理干预组经治疗后与治疗前比较焦虑、抑郁等因子显著下降;而对照组则下降不明显;心理干预治疗后,心理干预组与对照组比较焦虑、抑郁等因子显著下降。但两组与常模比较,焦虑、抑郁等因子仍显著增高。结论心理干预对膀胱粘膜白斑患者的心理状况有改善作用。

| Abstract: | Aim: To evaluate the effect of psychological intervention on psychological state of patients with the leukoplakia of the bladder mucosa. Methods: Sixty-five patients with leukoplakia of the bladder mucosa were randomly divided into two groups: psychological intervention group (33 cases) which received psychological intervention therapy. Control group (32 cases) which did not receive psychological intervention therapy. Both groups were assessed by SCL -90. Results: The scores of depression, anxiety, somatization, hostility and positive items in the psychological intervention group after therapy were significantly lower than those before therapy, while there was no statistical difference in the scores of SCL-90 in the control group before and after therapy. But the scores of depression, anxiety, somatization, and hostility after therapy in the two groups were obviously higher than those in normal samples. Conclusion: The psychological intervention may improve the psychological state of patients with leukoplakia of the bladder mucosa. |
