| 摘 要： | 在我国区域发展总体战略下，全国区域经济形成东、中、西部及东北老工业基地四大板块的总体格局，并进入区域经济协调发展阶段。近期，国务院密集批复了一系列沿海区域发展规划，进一步完善了沿海区域经济布局。本文对我国新一轮沿海区域经济布局的优势和特点进行了分析。其优势是沿海区域作为我国经济全球化和区域经济一体化的前沿阵地，不但能带动国内区域经济协调发展，而且能推动蓝色经济的发展。各沿海区域规划具有普遍将2020年设置为发展时间节点、采用组团发展模式、建立区域创新体系和沿海产业集聚区等特点。

| Abstract: | Under the overall development strategy in China, the regional economy has formed an integrated pattern containing four main sections （i.e. the eastern, the central, the western and the northeastern old industrial area）, and is entering a stage of coordinated development. Recently, the state council approved a series of development plans for coastal areas, which further optimized the regional economic development distribution. To better understand the current situation, we analyzed the main advantages and characteristics of the new regional economic distribution in this article. The advantages are that coastal areas are the forefronts of China＇ s economic globalization and regional economic integration, whose development are not only able to boost the coordinated development of domestic regional economy but promote the development of blue economy. In addition, various coastal regional development plans have the characteristics of generally setting the year 2020 as their time node for development, and putting forward to establish regional innovation systems and coastal. |
