| 摘 要： | 高职体育课教学改革近年有很大进展,核心是围绕提高教学实效。教学实践证明,＂普修＋选项＂教学模式对于提高高职体育课教学实效很有帮助。这一模式主要是把高职体育课分为基础体育课和选项体育课两大部分,基础体育课为普修,选项体育课为按兴趣能力分类教学。这一模式既充分体现学生主体性、激发学生主动性,又富有体育学习实效。但是在实施中必须注意抓好普修的基础性,提高教职工的思想认识,做好课程设计和严格管理。

| Abstract: | The teaching reform of higher vocational PE course has developed greatly in recent years, and its core is surrounding fo increase teaching effect. The teaching practice proves that ＂common electives ＋ options＂ is helpful for increasing the teaching effect of this course. This mode mainly divides basic PE course and option PE course of higher vocational PE course. Basic PE course is common electives, and option PE course is teaching with interest and ability. This mode fully embodies students＇ main body, stimulating students＇ initiative and enriching PE learning effectiveness. But it should concentrate on the basics of common electives in its implementation, increase teachers＇ thought awareness, and do curriculum design and strict management well. |
