| 摘 要： | 从法律文化、体育法律文化的内涵入手，对体育法律文化的结构内容进行了划分。通过研究我国体育法律文化建设现状，认为当前我国显型体育法律文化建设处于主导地位，而隐型体育法律文化建设具有复杂性且明显滞后于前者。北京奥运会和“法治奥运”为我国体育文化建设提供了难得契机，应在有效利用现有体育法律设施、不断健全体育法律制度的基础上，建立合理的教育、交往、表达、监督机制，全面建设我国的体育法律文化。 |

| Abstract: | This study classifies sport law culture based on the analysis on the connotation of law culture and sport law culture.Considering the state quo of our sport law construction,it holds that phenotype sport law construction plays the leading role while cryptotype sport law construction is complicated and backward evidently.Beijing Olympics and "Olympics Games ruled by laws" offer us an opportunity to set up a reasonable system to educate,interact,express and supervise by utilizing efficiently the sport law facilities and perfecting the sport law system,so as to develop the sport law culture as a whole. |
