| 摘 要： | 高等院校开设“教师口语”课是适应改革开放、建立市场经济的需要,它对提高未来教师口语表达水平乃至提高全民族的口语素质,都具有十分重要的意义。目前,高等院校“教师口语”课还存在一些不容乐观的问题;课时明显不够、教材单一、用普通话训练来替代整个教师口语训练、师资严重不足。造成这种现象的原因是多方面的,必须从课程标准,师资培训等方面进行改进。

| Abstract: | The opening of the subject "Teachers' Oral Expression Ability"in high learning institutes is for accommodating to the demand of the reform and opening up, and of the estabilishement of the market e-conomy. It is of great significance to enhance the prospective teachers', and even the whole nation's, oral expression ability. At present, there are still some problems existing in high learning institutes with regard to the subject, such as not enough teaching periods, lacking variety of Putonghua Practice and shortage of the teachers, etc. The reasons for this phenomenon are various and have to be solved in respect of the subject standard and teachers' training. |
