| 摘 要： | 通过30名北京体育大学竞技体校运动员血液中性粒细胞碱性磷酸酶（AKP）测定结果提示我们，血液中性粒细胞AKP与少儿成长发育、骨合成代谢有关，且可作为女性性成熟指标之一；本实验结果血液中性粒细胞AKP含量与骨矿物质含量未见相关。

| Abstract: | The contents of alkaline phosphatase (AKP) in blood neutrophile granulocytes of 30 athletes in Sports School of the Beijing University of Physical Education were determined. The results pointed out that the contents of AKP in blood neutrophile granulocytes were related to the growth of children and the anabolism of bones, which can be used as an index of mature female. The result of this test showed that there was no relationship between the AKP content in blood neutrophile granulocytes and the content of the bone mineral. |
