| 摘 要： | 通过对新时期大学生党员理想信念教育出现的新情况和新问题的分析，提出构建大学生党员理想信念教育必须加强对马克思主义的信仰，坚定共产主义理想和社会主义信念，增强对改革开放和现代化建设的信心，夯实对党和政府的信任，使大学生党员成为自觉贯彻执行“三个代表”重要思想的楷模。
