| 摘 要： | 随着我国市场的开放,调整商品服务贸易的法律制度势在必行。在确定适用服务贸易总协定基本规则的基础上,我国已作出商品零售批发业市场准入的承诺,并进行了相关的立法,确定了商业开放的形式。我国商品服务业市场开放有其自身的特点与存在的问题,尚需研究解决。

| Abstract: | With the opening of our market, it is a must to adjust the legal system for commidity service trade. Based on the basic regulations of service trade, tariff, we have already made the promise that foreigll investors can enter our commidity retail market, made the relative regislation and decided the opening form. There exist unique charactevistics and problems in our country's commidity service market to be studied and resolved. |
